Be extra cautious regarding your password at Facebook (and everywhere). I would recommend the two-factor authentication as well (where they text your phone number to be sure you are the person who asked for a change of password.) Normally it irks me that I have to say YES I asked to change my password. But never again. Today I got asked if I had requested a change in password FOUR TIMES! I had NOT asked even once! So someone(s) was trying to hack my password. Just to be extra cautious, I changed my password AND triple-checked I had the two factor on. Even if no one has tried yours - it's still wise to change your passwords regularly and if it has been a LONG TIME -do yourself a HUGE favor - due to all the hackings of facebook itself, etc. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD NOW and ADD 2-factor authentication 🙂 🙂 Stay safe y'all 😄 👍 ... Happy National Taco Day - One of my kids makes tacos her family loves that are very similar to the ones I raised her on and my folks raised me on. Another makes them TOTALLY different and HER family loves those heartily as well. And after all these years, I've even made a tweak or two. I grew up on fried tortillas and I LOVE those dearly BUT my stomach doesn't and neither does my weight. However I learned to pop one or two corn tortillas in the microwave and go for 30 sec - a minute at a time monitoring closely and get them just to crunchy - YUMMM!!! - AND I now often use broccoli slaw (no sauce) or plain veggie coleslaw instead of lettuce - tastes just as good but a bit healthier. Happy Coffee Day - Did you know that, according to Healthline, "Not only can your daily cup of joe help you feel more energized, burn fat and improve physical performance, it may also lower your risk of several conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. In fact, coffee may even boost longevity!" ZOWIE! I started drinking one cup of coffee daily a few months ago because of info like that. Only problem - I don't like how coffee tastes. Solution - add TWO tablespoons of powdered hot chocolate (low cal) - tastes good low calories. AND I later discovered my concoction is also great for hiding the taste of other powdered or liquid items that I don't like but that are good for me.
