Strong Praise and Worship Music To Encourage All of Us In The Sandwich Generation

I had fun with illustrating, 2 Timothy 2:1, Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus, last Wednesday as I wrote to remind all of us how important it is to be strong in HIS grace, not ours! And how strong is that strong? As the words from the lovely praise and worship hymn song, He is Mighty To Save, remind us:

Savior, He can move the mountains,

My God is Mighty to save,

He is Mighty to save.

AND

He rose and conquered the grave,

Jesus conquered the grave. 

Awesome words to encourage us as we juggle the busy, and often difficult, issues of the Sandwich Generation. Caring for our aging parents isn't easy. Raising children or babysitting grandchildren a lot has plenty of challenges. Combine the two and it can definitely lead to plenty of extra "hair-pulling" moments, can't it? But as this lovely song, sung here by Michael W. Smith, reminds us, HE can conquer even all of that!
