No snow (other than my cute snowman clip art), lots of cold and flu bugs going around, and one grandchild who appears to be succumbing to one of them. It definitely looks to be an uber-busy weekend for this Sandwich Generation granny nanny as we juggle doctor appointments, babysitting, taking good care of my senior mom’s needs while keeping her separated from sick grandkids, and other needs. So this will be a short post, but definitely a happy one!
I’m so excited and blessed to announce that for the third year, SandwichINK has been nominated in the SeniorHomes.com Best Senior Living Awards 2013 – and this year, I’ve been nominated in three different categories! And yes, I would be so appreciative if you could click one or all of the badges below, then click on the Facebook link, the G+ link, or both. Very quick and simple.

While you are there, be sure you check out all the other nominees as well. You will find a tremendous set of resources for all of us caregivers there, including many MANY good friends to myself and SandwichINK like Michelle Seitzer of Seniors for Living (check out the latest #Eldercarechat!), Denise Brown of Caregiving.com, and Connie from Family, Home, and Life, just to name a few. What a fun treat and sweet joy to receive these wonderful nominations and to be in such grand company! And thank you all, so much, for your wonderful support as we walk this Sandwich Generation journey together. And thank you again for your sweet votes! 🙂
May you be the grand prize winner. That is a great honor.
