Senior Living Communities Info
The LeadingAge/Ziegler 100 report shows an increase in independent and assisted living communities, and a decrease in nursing homes as part of the mix. And they list the top 5 nonprofit senior living providers as:
- the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society
- the National Senior Campuses in Maryland
- the ACTS Retirement Life Communities, Inc. in Pennsylvania
- Presbyterian Homes and Services in Minnesota
- Covenant Retirement Communities in Illinois

And thanks to her, I discovered another fantastic resource, The Crafty Crow, as well as its companion site, Bella Dia, both full of fun and easy crafts for kids – many of which seniors will enjoy just as much! With or WITHOUT the grandkids! And here's a fun "techie" idea I should have thought of myself, but didn't! 🙂
