Della Reese and Dick Clark! What do they have in common? Thanks to an interesting tweet from Seniors For Living I was reminded they are stroke survivors. This informative short video from AARP mentions them and two others along with providing important news information for seniors and boomers, as well as our elderly parents.

For all of us in the baby boomer generation, whether we are officially a senior citizen yet or not, this video definitely gives us some interesting news and food for thought that is well worth considering.

This Sandwich Generation granny nanny loves this cute and easy to use pink digital camera - because its pink AND because its easy to useAnd to their great suggestions, may I add a couple of more. Stop and smell the PINK flowers. Better yet, take pictures of them with your easy to use digital camera. And be sure to enjoy some PINK site-seeing at Beverly's Pink Saturday. All of those can definitely be good for our blood pressure. 🙂

  1. My father has got some strokes. But, they were not that dangerous. He just loses consciousness for few seconds. Then, he gets better. I asked him to see a doctor about it. But, he keeps saying it’s ok. Well, I hope it won’t get worse.
