St Patricks Day activities for Sandwich Generation grandparents and their grandchildren as well as their senior parents are a lot of fun

Did you notice the cute St Patricks Day snowman and shamrock clip art in the right column? I had so much fun digging up great Valentine party food ideas, heart and flowers clipart, pink and red plates and tablescapes, vintage cards and other holiday blog party fun for you, I decided to do it all over again for St Patricks Day.

Happy St Patricks day activities for the Sandwich Generation can lift the spirits of the whole family from elderly parents to young grandkids 100

I’ve already found several interesting tidbits to share with you today and hope to keep adding to this list through the first half of March. Anytime you want to check out if there are interesting new additions, just click on the St Patricks Day snowman clipart and he will bring you to this page. New items will be listed at the bottom as I find them, so just scroll down and see what’s been added. And a tip of the St Patricks Day Hat to us all. 🙂

Three great St Patricks Day Hats - crowns really - waiting for all the festive St Patricks Day Activities

Speaking of St Patricks Day hats, I guess I’ll start it off with an article I did last year. My grandsons and I had so much fun with these fun and easy St Patricks Day Hats crafts – they were simple for the kids and for us seniors who love them. I still get a big smile looking at the cute photos and remembering the fun family memories of that day. How about you? It would make for fun St Patricks Day activities for grandparents and grandchildren, that’s for sure. 🙂

Yesterday, at Word-Filled Wednesday, I discovered the very talented Amydeanne has created a lovely computer wallpaper and March calendar with a delightful St Patricks Day graphics theme and a wonderful Bible verse to encourage us, decorate our computers, and even show off to our grandkids (bet our senior parents would enjoy seeing it as well).

Pretty spring flowers and St Patricks Day shamrock clip art to say Happy PINK Saturday to the Sandwich Generation

Lynn at Happier than a Pig In Mud has the cutest little green shamrock ornaments made out of yoyos (the cloth kind – not the grandkid kind 🙂  ).  What a fun and crafty way to create St Patricks Day decorations.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Valentine Party Blog Post at Cuisine Kathleen’s and I’m already looking forward to her St Patricks Day Blog Crawl on March 15, 2011. Until then, we can click here to enjoy her cute St Patricks Day green shamrock plates, delightful decorations, and yummy food as well as her Shamrock Supper Napkin Blog Give-away

Holiday Haven has already kicked off the festivities with her St Patricks Day Party Blog post, complete with cute green shamrock clip art that can be used as cupcake toppers, 30 green foods for us to eat, and her gorgeous tablescape complete with green decorations, lovely glass plates, and so much more. Her party even has a linky for others to add their own St Patricks Day Party Blog posts, so I’ll be on the lookout for more fun to share with each of us.

I’m linking up again this week with Bargain Hunting with Laurie for her Favorite Things Saturday, as visiting and enjoying Happy Holiday fun at sweet blogs decorated with everything from cute country clipart to green and pink dinnerware is always a favorite for me. And her blog is definitely decorated for St Patricks Day with a mantel full of cute green goodies from plates to unique Leprechauns.

Or you could do all six layers in green for St Patricks Day itself. Either way, think how cute the slices would look on green plates – or perhaps pink and green plates to set it off nicely.

A sweet retelling of the story of St Patrick himself at Lori‘s site, All You Have To Give, along with cute St Patricks Day shamrock clipart with such powerful and encouraging Bible verses. Great to share with the grandkids, too!
