Daily Living Made Easier

Biking is great exercise and a terrific stress relief for those of us in the exercise-instead-of-aging Baby Boomers Generation. A dear friend agrees and talked me into trying it out with her this week which is when I took this photo.

Biking can be an excellent exercise for natural osteoporosis prevention or treatment

I love standing for a minute and enjoying the sight and sound of quiet creeks and streams, don't you? That can also be a big stress help for those of us busy with the Sandwich Generation issues of life.

Sweet photos to encourage and put smiles on the faces of the Sandwich Generation dealing with the issues of caring for elderly parents and granny nannies

P.S. Don't forget…

Love this pic, reminds me of the creek that flows beside our house, looking forward to getting home and enjoying it!

It’s amazing isn’t it? We stress about exercise…but it can actually relieve our stress! How have you been my friend? The picture is very pretty–wish I had a bike!! 😉

  2. Ahhh, Margaret, how nice. We used to have a lovely creek behind our house and loved it. Of course, during hurricane season it was a bit disconcerting but we were far enough up we were blessed never to have any flooding. 🙂

  3. Hi Kristen, Thanks for stopping by. I’m so glad you helped me remember and I’m headed right over to enjoy Tweet Me Tuesday 🙂 🙂 🙂
