Autumn! A time of crunchy leaves, twirling grandkids, and for those of us in this Sandwich Generation family, a time to keep teaching the books of the Bible to the grandkids – along with a song or ten to help in the process, not to mention a fun bookmark or two. So here's one cute Books of the Bible song for all of us boomers and seniors to be-bop to, along with our grandkids. A fun way of sharing music we've enjoyed over the years, along with leaving a sweet spiritual legacy in their hearts.

What did you think? As I wrote in Are You Teaching Your Children or Grandchildren the Books of the Bible and Need a Song to Help Them? Here Are My Top Ten! Part 1, it's definitely our favorite Books of the Bible song, tho there are others that are a bit easier to understand, so I usually play this along with those for complete coverage. It's definitely good brain exercise for our grandkids AND us. And a fun way to spend an autumn afternoon for the Sandwich Generation.

Those songs to help memorize are wonderful. That is how we learned the Books of the Bible (years ago now,) and I can still say them.

I learned the books of the Bible in two songs. One for the New and one for the Old Testament. I still go through them in my mind sometimes when I’m trying to remember where one of the books of the Bible is located. Of course when I learned these songs there were no computers and videos. The one you made should make it even easier to learn. I’m glad you shared it with us.
