As I was preparing this week's post about Webkinz Stuffed and Virtual Animals activities for grandparents and their grandchildren, I realized I had explained how to find each other in Webkinz World once you were both on each other's lists BUT not how to get on each other's list in the first place.
To do that, you click on the CELL PHONE at the bottom of the page.
Click on POWER.
You'll see a list of FRIENDS you already have (or none if this is your first time). Click on ADD.
Type your grandchild's Webkinz name in and click on ADD.
If you accidentally typed a name that is already on your list, you get this message. Just click OK.
If it is, indeed, a new friend – you get this message. Be very careful to type the name correctly. Otherwise you could inadvertently end up with someone else's grandchild. 
Once your grandchild approves you, you will see their name on your list and vice versa. If you and your grandchild are working on this together, you will probably both have to log off and then log back on to finish the process.

Hello Kaye, thank you for your visit this morning. I have loved being involved with my grands with Webkinz in the past. I had my ow Webkinz site as well. Now, my grands are teens and that phase is over. I sure had fun while it lasted.
