Walking Can Be Sweet Encouragement to Our Senior Parents

We’ve been doing a lot of praying for our friends and family in the East. At the same time, we’re grateful for blue skies and sun this week (tho that may be changing soon) so my senior mom could go walking a couple of times this week. We didn’t get far as her back has been giving her some grief, but still, it was so nice for her to be able to get out and about. She doesn’t get to walk nearly as much as she used to or would like to so anytime we can is wonderful!  🙂 I snapped this photo while we were walking and it made a lovely background to this sweet Scripture from my Bible study.

My senior mom and I enjoyed a lovely walk today with no rain and blue skies

Have a blessed and beautiful week – in AND out of the Sandwich Generation!

Spiritual Sundays are full of encouraging and comforting BIble verses and praise music to lift the hearts of the Sandwich Generation

Sweet, I’m supposed to be walking, but I have allergies and asthma, too cold. Thanks for your visit today, Dear. Blessings ~
