While my grandkids and I have been thoroughly enjoying fall fun with a variety of autumn projects like Scarecrows and Pumpkin carving, I’m also keeping a close eye on the calendar, which is zooming way to fast. Jenn at Frugal Upstate is right there with me and has started DIY Christmas activities posts to give all of us who love fun and easy crafts for kids AND seniors some fun inspiration. Perfect for the whole Sandwich Generation family!
One of the big casualties for many of us in the Sandwich Generation is time to cook real food. I LOVED this great resource at Once a Month Mom – 101 Fall Freezer Meals. Meals we can prepare ahead of time, freeze, and grab for the microwave to cook quickly when minutes count. I’ve posted it at Pinterest but wanted to share it here as well. 🙂
