Tips for those of us taking care of the elderly parents in our family often include making sure we get enough rest, don't try to do everything yourself, and take good care of yourself. This is great advice and I highly encourage that myself. But for some seasons of life, that's not always possible. These encouraging Bible verses are a great reminder for ALL of us that no matter what we are going through, we are NOT alone. God is always there for us and with us – our strength and strong tower!
The LORD is my strength.
