It's been a busy, crazy, great week babysitting several grandchildren daily. As a result, my senior mom left her iPad sitting on her desk, waiting for me to explore some fun new iPad apps that I'm hoping will be good for her along with other seniors. But in the meantime, one of my grandkids just got a Kindle Fire – very nice! And I found some great AND FREE (at this moment in time, subject to Amazon changing the price with little or no notice – which is exactly what I told my granddaughter too ) books that might interest her OR you. And don't forget, you don't HAVE to have a Kindle Fire – or a real Kindle at all. You can download the Kindle app for free to many other devices, including an iPhone, netbook, Mac, iPad, etc. (Yup, got that on my senior mom's iPad first thing. We just haven't tried it out with her yet. ).
Since I'm still babysitting the grandkids, I'm going to have to make this quick. But quick is good when it comes to free Amazon Kindle books – let me know what you think of them. AND let me know if you have OTHER recommendations.
- MEGA thanks to Ben And Me for SEVERAL great choices. She updates these occasionally, so I'll be checking back. My three faves today were Praying Circles Around Your Children for me, Princess Paisley for my granddaughter to check out, and Incredible Cardboard for some fun activities to test drive with the grandsons. But there were several other very interesting ones I downloaded. My poor overloaded iPhone will NOT be talking to me til I temporarily remove some game apps, I know.

Well, that's it for now. Off to more grandkid caring and hugs and screeches and love and fussles and more. Have a blessed and beautiful day in OR out of the Sandwich Generation.
P.S. Thank you so much for your comments. I enjoy them very much and read each one. I also love the grand ideas so many of you share that help and encourage other readers. I do my best to reply to them all but value your patience when that isn\'t possible.
