How to Order Easy Weight Bearing Exercise Book for Osteoporosis
The never-aging Baby Boomers Generation and their senior parents are making news as they stay healthy and active using senior fitness exercises and bodybuilding to help fight Osteoporosis and a whole raft of other issues. 3. I entered my Paypal logon information
4. I clicked to purchase Weight Lifting for Absolute Beginners
5. The payment screen then said my payment was approved. At that point, I selected the whole page, copied it and pasted it into an email to myself, just to give me extra information easily accessible on my computer and in my email. Printing it is also a good idea.
6. Each place you order from has different directions and I’ve learned the hard way to always make sure I read it carefully. This time I noticed “IMPORTANT! Do not click the back button or refresh the page. You must click one of the Complete Your Order buttons to receive your product or service,” so click it I did.
7. The next page was the eBook download page for Weight Lifting for Absolute Beginners. There, they reminded me that my credit card statement will show a charge from ClickBank/Keynetics. I’m glad it says Clickbank first. I might not remember Keynetics, but I always remember Clickbank.
8. I followed their direction to “right-click on DOWNLOAD WEIGHT_LIFTING When you right-click on the link, a box…will pop up on your screen. Choose "Save Target As.." (or depending on your computer, something similar) and pick the folder you would like to save your file to. Saving to your desktop makes it easiest to find.
9. I doublecklicked on the file, and voila, there was the book. Go ahead and give it a try, read it, use it well, work at these exercises for getting healthier and fighting Osteoporosis, and don’t forget. If it isn’t a good match for you, you have 8 weeks to return it.
