Great news for those with Parkinson’s! Individuals with Parkinson’s can be at a high risk for falls due to the distinct gait pattern (short steps, freezing, etc). Biking can provide a safe alternative to keep muscle tone and simply enjoyment the sensations of movement.

I remember how bleak my grandma’s Parkinson diagnose was over 30 years ago. I’m always encouraged to hear the good news such as what you shared in this post.
