Early Fall Foliage Lifts of the Spirits of Both the Caregiver and the Caree

by Kaye Swain

WOOHOO – another compadre has been bit by the holiday bug. Beverly, from How Sweet The Sound, has announced several special "Pink Saturday" themes to encourage all of us and lift our spirits. Today's – Celebrating Autumn Bliss!

And just in the nick of time, my senior mom and I had a delightful day earlier this week, driving around the countryside, enjoying leaves drifting lazily down in a lovely autumn ballet. Check out these gorgeous views.

Gorgeous leaves on the ground - colors glowing - making a happy Sandwich Generation granny nanny

And how fun! There's even a hint of PINK mixed in with the gorgeous reds, browns, and yellows of this delightful early fall foliage.

My senior mom and I are thoroughly enjoying sweet autumn bliss - a joy for this Sandwich Generation family

Lovely breaks like these, as well as fun blog parties like Pink Saturday, are both great ways for helping the Sandwich Generation, keeping caregiver stress at bay. Enjoy!
