When it's been a tough week for you or a loved one in or out of your Sandwich Generation family, Psalm 46 can be such a blessing – especially verses 1, 2, and 10.

This restful picture taken with my easy to use digital camera includes some of the encouraging Bible verses from Psalm 46 which are a blessing to the Sandwich Generation dealing with trials and tribulations

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way…"Be still, and know that I am God." Psalm 46:1,2,10a ESV
